Price - prices listed
include all the hotel, meals, entrance fees, and activities as
listed in the itinerary except for gratuities for your tour
director and driver (they work for your tips) and airfare. The
prices are valid until the end of the current year, if you are
reserving for next year, please contact directly. Prices are
confirmed once the reservation is guaranteed, otherwise prices
may change without notice as our suppliers may change their
prices.
Cancellation Policy -
Cancellations received 60 days or more prior to departure will
be subject to a $100 per person cancellation fee; 59-45 days,
will be subject to 30% of the program price; 44-30 days will be
50% of the program price and 30 days or less will be subject to
100% of the program price. All cancellations must be received in
writing by fax or e-mail.
We strongly recommend
that you purchase the travel insurance.
Balance Due -
At the time of reservation, we charge you $100.00 per person
deposit. All balances are due 60 days in advance. If you
reservation is made less than 60 days in advance, the full
balance is due at the time of reservation. Any changes to the
reservation require $25.00 fee per person, per incidence. You
will not be charged anything until both parties confirm your
reservation.
Included in
the tour packages -
All
accommodations as noted in the itinerary; meals as specified;
arrival and departure transfers (regardless of arrival and
departure days unless otherwise noted on the itinerary page);
fully-guided sightseeing as noted in the itinerary (including
park and entrance fees); bottled water supplied during
sightseeing; selected beverages with group meals; services of an
Absolute Alaska Tour Director; handling of two pieces of
baggage per person for international flights; hotel taxes;
gratuities throughout, except to your Tour Director, and driver.
Not included
in the tour packages -
Travel insurance; airfares; costs associated with obtaining
passports or entry visas; excess baggage charges; gratuities to
the Absolute Alaska Tour Director, driver or staff (our
employees work for your tips); meals other than specified in the
itinerary; beverages other than noted in your "Pre-Tour
Documentation," sightseeing and game drives not included in the
itinerary; personal expenses such as laundry, communication
charges and optional activities (which are subject to
availability).
Tour Cancellations and Changes
- Some tours are subject to a minimum number of passengers to
operate (except only cases of force majeure, which could include
any major world event that adversely affects travel patterns and
other circumstances beyond Absolute Alaska Tours' control).
Should the minimum number of passengers not be met, we will
offer one of the following options: modify the services of the
original program to accommodate a smaller group or offer an
alternative program. Should no alternative be suitable, we will
offer a full refund of all monies received. In such case, we
will not be responsible for
additional expenses
such as nonrefundable airline tickets. Due to weather, or other
conditions deemed to be unfavorable traveling conditions by
Absolute Alaska Tours, trip itineraries are subject to change
without notice. If any of the activities, trips, hotels, meals
or other arrangements are not used, no refund will be given for
any reason whatsoever, our prices are based on a package.
Special
Requests
-
Specific requests such as adjacent or connecting rooms, bedding
requests, smoking or non-smoking rooms and special dietary needs
should be advised at time of booking. Please note that every
effort will be made to secure your special requests; however,
they cannot be guaranteed.
Responsibility
- Absolute Alaska Tours does not own or operate any of the
equipment, buildings, or businesses of the suppliers and thus
in no event shall Absolute Alaska Tours or its employees,
directors, agents, or any other representatives be liable for
any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential,
punitive or other damages (regardless of the form of action)
arising out of (i) use of the service by any person, including
but not limited to any damage caused by any reliance on, or any
delays, inaccuracies, errors or omissions in, any information
and content accessed over the service, (ii) any use or
inability to use the service for whatever reason, including but
not limited to communications failure or any other failure with
transmission or delivery of any information accessed
through the service, (iii) any goods or services discussed,
purchased or obtained, directly or indirectly, through the
service, in each case even if advised of the possibility of such
damages, or (iv) any
personal injury,
death, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay,
inconvenience, or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason
of (1) any wrongful, negligent, willful, or unauthorized acts or
omissions on the part of any of the tour suppliers, or other
employees agents, (2) any defect in or failure of any vehicle,
equipment, instrument owned, operated or otherwise by any of
these suppliers, or (3) any wrongful, willful, or negligent act
or omissions on any part of any other party not under the
supervision or control of the Operator.
